Holiday Orders
We are no longer taking holiday meals pre-orders online or by fax. You may still place a holiday meal pre-order by calling us at 214-324-5000. All Holiday Meal pre-orders must be placed before Saturday, December 22nd at 6pm! Our dining room will be closed on Christmas Day, but we will be open on Christmas Eve from 10:30am to 3pm.
Please be aware that the food will be cold when you pick it up, but it will come with heating instructions. And don't forget that cookies and Gift Cards make great holiday gifts!

Heating Instructions For Holiday Items
Whole Spiral Ham or Whole Smoked Turkey
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove turkey or ham from plastic bag but leave it is the second oven-roasting bag. Place in large, foil-lined baking pan. Place turkey or ham in the oven and heat until a minimum temperature of 135 degrees is reached – approximately 1 ˝ hours. Use a meat thermometer to be certain. When heated thoroughly, remove turkey or ham from oven and let rest 15 minutes.
Roasted Turkey Breast or Carved Ham
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic lid from pan - place turkey or ham in the oven and heat until a minimum temperature of 135 degrees is reached – approximately 20 to 25 min. Remove from oven and ready to serve.
Gravy
Be careful when handling hot gravies to avoid burns. Gravies packaged in a Plastic Container MUST be heated in a saucepan. Pour gravy into a saucepan and bring to a boil over a medium heat. Stir often.
All Side Dishes and Cornbread Dressing
Place each item in either an individual saucepan or a microwave-safe dish. Cover and rotate food when microwaving, heat to 165 degrees. Sides packaged in aluminum containers may be heated in the oven. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees. Place container(s) onto a baking sheet and heat for 45 to 60 minutes. Do not place Aluminum Containers in Microwave!
Please Refrigerate all items not intended for immediate use as quickly as possible.
Refrigerate pies and cheesecakes immediately. We do not recommend that you consume foods that have been held between 135 and 141 degrees, for longer than Two Hours, as this can be unsafe. We recommend that you do not reheat any items more than one time. Please keep all cold products refrigerated at 40 degrees or lower until ready to be consumed. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. Please discard leftovers that are not eaten or refrigerated within Two Hours. Rapidly (within two hours) reheat any refrigerated leftovers to 165 degrees. Keep food protected by covering until eaten.
